6G networks and the Quantum Internet will unleash new unprecedented possibilities and services in the next two decades. On the 6G side, in-network computing, in-network intelligence, and full network softwarization are going to be the means to enable new use cases like human telepresence, the Tactile Internet, human-machine and machine-to-machine co-work and cohabitation, etc.
On the other hand, the Quantum Internet will provide completely new communication, computing, and sensing resources that will make possible the achievement of unprecedented level of security, latency, and data management.
Our scope is to make the interworking and integration between 6G and the Quantum Internet reality via the provision of software solutions that can satisfy the more and more stringent requirements of users and operators.
